BioInspired! So What? Now What!

The lectures and attendees in the workshop will present and discuss new knowledge in biological science and bionic transfer regarding energy. The workshop will focus on the following topics.

• energy harvesting based on solar radiation and energy storage
• saving energy in friction and by adapting the shape of a body in moving systems
• liquid transport mechanisms in analogy to the capillary effect and cohesion theory of trees and leaves
• heat deviation
• energy conversion, energy transport and heat recovery processes
• other elements regarding energy

We invite you to submit proposals for lectures until December 31, 2016 to the chair of the conference: Dr. Thomas Stegmaier.
