BioInspired! So What? Now What!

The INCOSE Natural Systems Working Group (NSWG) published the INCOSE/INSIGHT Special Edition: Natural Systems in April.  Edited by Larry Pohlmann, Curt McNamara and George Studor, the includes a number of articles by BID Community members including Curt McNamara on "“Enhancing the Systems Engineering Process by Considering Natural Systems", Marjan Eggermont and Tom McKeag on "Zygote Quarterly: A Free Online Journal About Biomimicry, Bio-inspired Design, And Engineering”, and a team effort on "A Systems View of Bio-Inspiration: Bridging the Gaps".  Overviews of the last article were presented at an NSWG webinar and also at Ryerson University - let me know if you are interested in a pointer to the Prezi files.
