2011/03/15 new membership rates

BID Community membership fees help support development and hosting of the website, production of the quarterly newsletter and future services such as an 'always on' audio/text/video conferencing system.  Clicking on the appropriate button below will take you to PayPal where you will be able to pay for a three month membership.  At the end of the three months, PayPal will automatically transfer funds from your account to renew your membership for another three months unless you have cancelled your membership using the Unsubscribe button below.

PayPal has been selected based on its security, extensive usage, multi-currency support and recurring payments feature.  PayPal supports payment using major credit cards, debit cards and bank accounts without revealing confidential information to the payment recipient.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to set one up during the subscription process: you will be asked for your billing information, the credit card you want to use (I did not see debit cards in the pull-down list) and an account password.

If you want PayPal to withdraw funds from a bank account, you should go directly to http://www.paypal.com and use the Sign Up button (a Personal account should be fine for most users).  Once you have linked your bank account to PayPal (usually takes a few days), you can come back here and complete the subscription process.
