"The Advanced Concepts Team of the European Space Agency, in the person of Carlo Menon, has just pulled together the biomimetics component of their studies, plus some new bits (e.g. a podcast!)"

ACT is focused on long term research in advanced topics and emerging technologies related to space engineering, including biomimetics.  ACT has created a 6MB podcast (MP3 format, 5 minutes in length) called Biomimetics - A new approach to space systems design.  The site includes links to a broad range of material, Ongoing projects and Past projects.
