Applying biomimicry to an organization can be challenging, but the resulting structure may yield exceptional improvements, such as increased employee engagement and retention, and faster, more creative decision-making. This interactive session centers around stok’s experience crafting and implementing a nature-inspired organizational structure—called Organizational Biomimicry (Org Bio)—which eliminates hierarchy and places decision making and governance within self-managed pods. Presenters will introduce the latest ideas and best practices in this exciting new approach to organizational structures. Then, in a robust interactive segment, attendees will be guided through the process of applying concepts from Org Bio to their own company’s challenges.
