Kevin and Josh stack are ecological builders.  The site includes articles on

Kevin attended the 2006 Biologist at the Design Table workshop in Montana while Josh attended the 2007 Biomimicry Workshop in Peru.  They are members of an active BaDT group that has presented at  Cornell University, the Net Impact Conference, the Presidio School, Thunderbird School of Global Management and SUNY ESF.  They are currently "developing a patterns-based and holistic set of very, very practical standards for community design, using Biomimicry, Resilience Theory, and elements of biology, ecology, building physics and equitable/cultural elements."
