Location:
Toronto, ON

Join us in the vibrant metropolis of Toronto, October 2016 for the fifth RSD symposium hosted at OCAD University and MaRS Discovery District. RSD is the annual conference at the intersection of systems perspectives and design practices.  Our 2016 theme of Systemic Design for Social Complexity pursues advanced design informed by systems thinking for complex societal concerns, such as  sustainable business, governance, public services, urban design, healthcare, and the intersections of these domains.

RSD brings leading thinkers from around the world to deliver astonishing keynotes, of-the-moment research, hands-on workshops, and a curated Gigamap/poster gallery. RSD is unlike academic or industry events, as it aims to create a more intimate space for participants to listen and learn, to form lasting relationships, and connect for opportunities in this emerging design field.

Accelerate the convergence of design in and across the systems that matter.
