BioInspired! So What? Now What!

Participants will be exposed to the latest content collaborations and developments validated through Leith Sharp’s Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership program, taught at Harvard University.

Areas of focus include:

• The secret life of purpose driven ideas and what this tells us about the future of leadership and organizational design. Based upon patterns and insight derived from mapping over 1000 ideas from inception to implementation.
• A global CEO study with Leaders on Purpose, into the future of leadership, including 20 of the worlds top corporate CEOs is giving voice to a new leadership paradigm that emphasised context awareness, purpose, adaptive and hierarchical network flow.
• A vibrant convergence of Biomimicry 3.8 and idea flow, offering a biological intelligence lens to thinking about the future of leadership.

This session will provide dynamic thought partnership, content and peer to peer interaction on the evolution of leadership that is occurring in response to our shared global imperatives.
