If you are not already a Skype user, you will need to download the free Skype software (available for Windows, Mac OSX, Linux and some smart phones) and register a Skype username/password.  Emer or Norbert will request your Skype username prior to the call.  Since the call will be Skype-to-Skype, the call itself will be free.  You will either need a computer with integrated speakers and microphone or a headset.
