BioInspired! So What? Now What!

The First Quarter 2013 Participation Rebate has been calculated.  Ashok Goel, Janice McDougall, Kamelia Miteva, Marjan Eggermont and Tom McKeag received back all or a significant portion of their membership fees.  Since the beginning of 2011, $350 has been returned to members to recognize them for their contributions.

A new Biomimicry Cafe initiative has been started to provide an alternative BID Community communications channel.  Regularly scheduled sessions will start early in June and will be open to anyone who is registered on the website.  If you have any topics you would like to table for discussion, please post a comment to the forum. 

The display of forum comments was switched from threaded (replies immediately after the 'parent' comment) to flat (comments in time sequence) during the Algae Competition due to the volume of comments.  Although it makes it easier to identify new comments, the flat format makes it harder to follow discussions.  Unless I hear objections, I will switch back to threaded late next week.
